Application area
Cutting fluid centrifuges are used advantageously for the separation of very small and fine particles that build up sediment in filter- and sedimentation tanks. Often a cutting fluid centrifuge is placed as by-pass cleaning at existing tanks to improve the cutting fluid’s quality.

Function
The cutting fluid centrifuge separates fine particles with the help of gravity. The centrifuge bowl rotates at speeds up to 4300 rpm.
When the centrifuge bowl is full of particles, a drying cycle is performed via the electrical control.
The material can then be emptied into the regular chip box.
Capacity
Throughput capacity from 20 l/min up to 150 l/min.
Features
The centrifuges are equipped with a suction pump and complete electrical control.
