Let us make handling conveyors easy!

Conveyor renovation at a fixed price

Primetek Systems AB repairs and performs total renovation of chip conveyors regardless of make and time of day.

During conveyor renovation, lamella belts, scraper chains, belt tracks, sprockets, and other wear parts are replaced.

The frame is reinforced, belt tracks are always equipped with manganese alloyed high-strength steel (Hardox 450) for the best possible wear resistance and long lifespan.

We always install Allert Steel lamella belts, which are the market’s best steel lamella belts with respect to precision and tensile strength (see separate data sheet).

The lamella belts are available in designs with a variety of different chain pitches and widths, we can handle most varieties of lamella conveyors on the market. The most common lamella belts are always in stock for quick delivery.
