Dust and smoke separators type Pulsatron
Application area
Pulsatron is a series of effective, compact, and self-cleaning units for air purification with a very wide range of applications. Pulsatron cleans the air from dust in e.g., sandblasting, grinding, bulk handling of cement, dust, and even welding smoke. Pulsatron is available in a large number of designs for adaptation to specific applications. The cleaned air has a concentration of max. 5 mg/Nmc s. and a noise level of 68 dBA.
Design
Pulsatron Mini can be placed at individual workstations and is equipped with wheels to easily be transported between different workstations. Pulsatron mini is available with a capacity from 800 m3/hour.
Pulsatron Compact is larger central units with capacities up to 48 000 m3/hour. The units are modular and can easily be adapted to the customer’s specific application.
Idrodust Compact wet filters are a series of hydrodynamic plants for removal and separation of dust, smoke, and gases in air through water treatment. The water treatment occurs in a construction where the material is “micro-mixed” with water by forcing it down below the surface. The contaminated air is centrifuged in the plant together with the water. This means that contaminants are captured before they reach the extraction fan.
All air cleaning plants can be equipped with their own fan or be connected to an existing ventilation system.
