Application area
Cleanmist CM is an effective, flexible, and cost-saving solution for getting rid of oil mists in machining machines.
The oil mist separator can be placed directly on the machine, no piping or connections to existing ventilation systems are required.
Design
Cleanmist is manufactured in six different models, through a flexible design and modular adapted solutions, the equipment can be used both in open and closed applications in turning, milling, grinding, etc.
Function
Cleanmist cleans air from oil mists by centrifugation. The air is sucked into the separator with the help of a fan, a rotating drum then breaks up the oil particles which are led back to the machine tank and the clean air flows back into the premises.
Capacity
Standard modules from 300 m3/h up to 2.300 m3/h.
Features
The air cleaned via Cleanmist is far below the specified limit values, the product is tested and approved according to current regulations.
