Application area
AML is suitable to use in most applications when processing magnetic material and performs a very efficient separation of particle-contaminated fluid.
Design and features
The combination filter consists of two well-proven filters combined to be able to handle high removal and reduce the consumption of filter cloth.
By separating the largest amount of particles with a magnetic drum filter, the operating economy is improved by reducing the consumption of filter cloth.

Function
The fluid from the machine is led via the Magnetic Drum Filter further to a distribution box to pass on to the Flat Filter.
When a sufficient proportion of particles have been captured by the filter cloth, the fluid level rises, a float connected to a micro switch then starts a feeding sequence of new filter media.
As soon as the fluid level drops, the feeding stops.
The Flat Filter separates fluid through filtration with a synthetic filter cloth, by using different types of filter mat the required cleaning degree can be achieved.

Standard modules from 40 l/min up to 450 l/min.
