Application area
For transport and separation of short magnetic steel and cast iron chips, magnetic particles, and punching scrap. The magnetic conveyor can be used for both wet and dry processing. Magnetic particles are efficiently separated, thus preventing sludge buildup in the cutting fluid tank.
During processing with neat oils, very good drainage is obtained during transport on the rising part.
Design
The magnetic conveyors can be obtained with a frame height from 110mm up to 350mm depending on the application.
Function
Strong permanent magnets mounted on two chains continuously transport the material on top of a stainless steel plate to the discharge point.
